It’s not a big deal at all. Typically, how these claims work is the culpable, the at fault party, is responsible, and by extension, the at fault party’s insurance. The at fault party’s auto insurance is the one that pays for your medical bills upon resolution of the claim. You go to the hospital. You go to a chiro. You go to a physical therapist. Whatever health provider you go to see, those bills remain unpaid. Even if you keep getting invoices, they remain unpaid until resolution of the claim. They will be paid. It won’t be anything out of pocket to you. It will be the responsible party’s auto insurance that will be paying for those bills.
